Third-generation · Southern California
A family general contractor running residential construction and construction management across Southern California. ADUs, additions, remodels, and custom homes, from a single bathroom to a whole house, managed start to finish by people you can actually reach.
Who we are
The Omni Company LLC is a third-generation family-owned business specializing in residential construction and construction management. Between us we have over 60 years of combined experience across residential and commercial work: additions, remodels, tenant improvements, and new development.
Three generations in, the way we work hasn't really changed. The person who prices your job is the person who runs it, and you'll know everyone on your project by name. Scheduling, inspections, and the quality of the work stay with us, start to finish.
We build custom homes and we remodel single bathrooms. A small job gets the same licensed, insured, properly managed treatment as a large one, because our name is on both. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll tell you honestly what it takes.
Projects

Services
Three ways homeowners and property owners work with us. A single room or a ground-up build, every one of them runs through the same project management.
One contract, one point of contact. We coordinate the architect, the engineer, and everyone who touches the job, so you're not managing four companies at once.

Every job moves through the same four phases, whether it's one bathroom or a whole house. Here's the sequence, and what you should expect from us at each step.
We start with your plans and your ideas and work them into the detail we need to price the job and build it. No plans yet? We provide architectural, structural, and conceptual design services.
Permits, scheduling, pricing, and material selections. Everything that has to be settled before work starts gets settled before work starts, so the first day on site is a build day.
We run the site, the inspections, and the schedule. You get one person to call and regular updates, so you always know where your project stands without having to ask.
Final inspection, punch list, and a walkthrough of everything we installed. We hand over your documentation, and we stay reachable long after the job closes.
Accessory Dwelling Units
California's ADU rules have opened up what most homeowners can build in their own backyard. A detached unit can house family, generate rental income, or both. What it can't do is get built without knowing your city's setbacks, height limits, and utility requirements first.
We handle design, permitting, and construction, and we tell you what's actually allowed on your lot before you spend money on drawings.
Questions
No. Plenty of clients call us with nothing but an idea and a budget. If you already have drawings we'll work from those. If you don't, we provide architectural, structural, and conceptual design services and can take you from a sketch on a napkin to a permit.
It depends on scope and which city you're in, since plan check timelines vary a lot across Southern California. Tell us your address and what you're building and we'll give you a realistic range rather than a best case.
Almost certainly not. We build custom homes and we remodel single bathrooms, and both get the same license, the same insurance, and the same person answering the phone. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Southern California. We work throughout Los Angeles and Orange County and the surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether you're in range, call and ask. We're happy to tell you either way.
Yes. CSLB License #1078616, bonded and insured. You can verify our license status directly with the California State License Board.
Send us the address and the scope. We'll tell you what's feasible and what it realistically costs, before you spend anything.
